Mykonos’ Best Nightlife

Mykonos Best Nightlife

Mykonos’ Best Nightlife; Mykonos is famous for its nightlife. Mykonos’ Best Nightlife for many visitors, the shows, bars, and clubs are the island’s main attraction. Mykonos’ variety of nightlife means that most people won’t have any problem finding several things to do after dinner.

Mykonos is a 24-hour island, which means that when the sun goes down, the party is just getting started. No matter what kind of experience you’re looking for, from classy cocktails at high-end lounges to hardcore dance clubs perfect for busting your signature moves, you won’t want to stop until the sun comes up. Even then, you’ll have only enough time for a quick power nap before heading out to the nearest pool club to start the revelries all over again.

Mykonos’ Best Nightlife nightclubs are the most well-known Mykonos nightlife – opulent spaces with star DJs, celebrity hosts, bottle service, and dancing all night. If dance clubs aren’t your style, plenty of bars and lounges offer a more sophisticated and generally quieter experience.

There is a wide range of bars and nightclubs in Mykonos. In downtown Mykonos nightlife, the bars, lounges, and restaurants offer a more down-to-earth view in an area that also attracts many local customers too. Mykonos’s diverse and varied nightlife has much to offer in the late-night entertainment stakes and the island regularly hosts some of the most in-demand artists in the world as well as the more underground artists that visit Mykonos on a weekly basis, especially in the summer!

If you plan on drinking alcohol make sure you have arranged a transfer back home or wherever you plan on going after; Mykonos has absolutely a zero-tolerance approach to drinking and driving and police are very vigilant.

But before you get past those ropes, we have some pro tips. John J, Director of VIP Services at Mykonos Tours Greece, gives us the deets:
  1. If you are a first-time club-goer my advice to help you get inside quicker and to make the most of their first Mykonos club experience is, to get a VIP table as the best option. The experience you will have as a first-time guest will resonate with you for a lot longer than the sticker shock of a bottle of alcohol in Mykonos. Show up early, don’t forget your ID, and enjoy all the wow factors Mykonos’ club’s venues have to offer.
  2. If you are wondering if there are other pointers or advice for first-time club-goers concerning etiquette, both inline and inside the club, just be polite and it will go a long way when dealing with staff. Don’t ask us for anything illegal, it is still illegal in Mykonos and you will only get yourself removed from the property.
  3. Money talks. Offering a tip to staffers or security help someone get in faster, it’s not going to get you too far, to be honest. Table service will get you expedited entry, otherwise, it’s best to plan ahead and get yourself on the guest list.
  4. Maybe you are wondering if certain nights that are generally better for someone to try to get into the club without making a table reservation, or maybe there are some weeknights slower, or is there a long line every night! I propose to go onto our website and check out the events for the weekend. Depending on the event for the night, holiday weekends, or other factors, any night has the potential to be a monster in Mykonos. We party just as hard on special nights as we do on weekends!
  5. It is absolutely better to talk to us, to a club host or promoter first to get on a list or deal directly with the club. Speaking with us, a host or promoter that works for the club is the best way to ensure that you will be looked after. Relationships are quick to develop as it’s the hospitality that drives us. They will help get your table set up, or Mykonos Tours Greece will help get you on the list. A VIP host will be available throughout your evening and will be there to assist you.
  6. These are the three things every club-goer should remember to bring with them. An ID or Passport, some dance moves, and a set of earplugs.
  7. You will be hearing about “special night” parties. These are good nights for tourists to hit the club as well and I always recommend special nights to my guests. They are always full of great looking people that know how to party.
  8. Here is a couple of questions! What expectations should club-goers have on celebrity-hosted nights? Are fans encouraged to show up, and do the celebrities ever mingle with the crowd? Well, it’s a good question! If it is a celebrity-hosted night typically a good spot on the dance floor will get you a full view of the hosted night. I would say it is rare that they engage the crowd but I have seen it happen quite a bit. Just depends on how they are feeling.
  9. If you’re looking to bring a group to Mykonos and make a table reservation with bottle service, as a general rule at Mykonos’ clubs, they have the ability to set up a table from one person to another a few hundred if needed. Most tables accommodate 4-12 people but whatever group size you have we will make it happen for you!
  10. You are allowed to take pictures and videos inside the clubs but I recommend not using GoPro’s or large camera equipment. The quality of pictures a smartphone produces these days are enough to get that social media shot you are looking for and is accepted at all our venues. Now that you’re a Mykonos nightclub expert, it’s time to go out and hit the strip—the right way. With these tips, you’re totally prepared to have the time of your life!

Persons with Disabilities

  • Due to uneven surfaces, certain sites are not recommended for persons with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair. Most of Mykonos Town (Chora) commercial center is either flat or has cobblestone, flagstone-paved streets and lanes with slight inclines, though there are some lanes that have steps. Note though, the center is surrounded by hills, some of which are steep, but you could easily avoid those and still have plenty to see on flatter terrain. Alternatively, you could visit a beach like Platis Gialos or Ornos with a good selection of hotels & restaurants alongside or close to the beaches which are flat!
